Product Focus - DG-X Ultra Heavy Duty Degreaser
DG-X is our most powerful water based cleaner and degreaser which has been designed to be safe to use on a wide variety of hard surfaces. DG-X contains no harmful solvents and is 100% biodegradable.
The water based formula of DG-X is highly versatile as the product can be diluted to a suitable strength for most cleaning and degreasing tasks. DG-X can be applied neat, added to mop buckets, through spray bottles or by pressure washers. DG-X is fantastic for cleaning heavy plant machinery as well as the backs of tipper trucks and other heavy machinery. DG-X is safe to use on most hard surfaces but should not be left on glass as it can cause etching. Although it is safe to use on paintwork we would advise against heavy or repeated use as it can dull the finish.
DG-X will remove:
- Traffic films collected on highways.
- Clay, mud and silt from quarry vehicles and machinery.
- Flour and meal dust caked on to vehicles using loading hoppers.
- Iron dust particles from vehicles and machinery in foundries and iron mills.
- Heavy grease from kitchen equipment
- Grease and grime on aluminium ducting
- Mud and clay from plant machinery
Other areas of use include:- soiled concrete floors, floor wax removal, greasy machinery, ovens, fans, ducting, general cleaning. Used in the right dilution rates, DG-X can be used on most surfaces. In the case of glass, however, it should be rinsed off immediately. DG-X can be brushed on, sprayed on or added to a pressure wash. Dilute 80:1 for brushing application, 50:1 for spray application or when used through a power washer.
