To ensure that your return is processed efficiently, please follow the steps below.

Please send us an email to email@example.com stating that you would like to send the goods back and explain what you didn't like about the product. Please include your order number. Alternatively call us on 01253 547300 and we can sort if over the phone for you. Once we have received your request we will issue a returns number.
Package the goods to be returned in either its original packaging or something suitable so as not to get damaged in transit. Please ensure that you put a copy of the returns number inside the package as well as writing it on the outside. Please send the package to :

3. Receive refund
Once we have received and inspected the goods we will issue a full refund for the goods originally purchased and the original shipping charge. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any delivery charges you incur to return the products to us.
