Free Delivery
Free delivery is available on some orders over £60 depending on the delivery address and uses TNT or DHL next day service where available. Orders for Scotland will be on TNT or DHL 2 day service. Free Delivery is also available on selected items but is only available for Zones A & B.
Express Delivery
Our main shipping partners are DHL Express, DHL Domestic, TNT, and APC Overnight. We will select the best shipping partner depending on your order. In most circumstances orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will usually be dispatched the next working day. If your item is not in stock then we will contact you to discuss lead times and shipping options.
Express Delivery (Zones C & D)
Due to a huge increase in our costs there will be additional shipping charges to pay for orders placed for addresses in select postcodes.

Hazchem Shipping
Due to the hazardous nature of some of the goods that we sell we cannot offer shipping estimates or orders to be placed directly through our website. This only applies to a small number of our products, however you may be able to purchase the same product in smaller sizes and shipped with our usual couriers as they will be classed as Limited Quantity and do not come under the same regulations as larger pack sizes. Product Returns
All returns must be first cleared with us prior to sending. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. If a product is faulty please contact us via email or by telephone and we will arrange collection from an address of your choice. Due to the hazardous nature of some of the products that we sell we advise that our customers only return products in their original packaging and contact us to arrange collection. If the original packaging has been discarded, we will advise how to pack the products and arrange to send any additional packaging if required. No returns will be accepted unless accompanied by the relevant returns number which will be issued by us. When we have received the goods and we are satisfied that they meet our requirements for a refund or exchange, we will contact you to ask what you would like to do.
