Delivery InformationAt HLS Supplies we offer a reliable delivery service to all of the UK Mainland. We understand that getting your delivery on time is important and because of this we use only the best tracked services for your order. We use APC Overnight for shipping all our online orders. APC Overnight provide a reliable 24h service which is collected from us each day. Orders placed before 12:00 will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 12:00 will be dispatched the next working day.
Next day delivery only includes working days and excludes Scotland. Orders will not be dispatched or delivered on weekends and public holidays. If you require a Saturday delivery please contact us to discuss your options.
If for some reason any items on your order are not in stock we will contact you and offer a refund or exchange, or the option to wait until we can complete your order.
All returns must be first cleared with us. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. If a product is faulty, please contact the shop via email or by telephone and we will arrange collection from an address of your choice. No returns will be accepted unless accompanied by the relevant returns number which will be issued by us. When we have received the goods and we are satisfied that they meet our requirements for a refund or exchange, we will contact you to ask what you would like to do.

Goods damaged by the customer
Goods with no proof of purchase
Goods returned with no returns number
