Hello and welcome to the Shipping and Delivery Information page! Here you can get acquainted with useful information on terms and conditions of our goods delivery.

You can purchase your items online and we will ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on some orders. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description, price and delivery type. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order, for an additional fee. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.

Free Delivery

Free delivery is available on orders over £60 and uses the APC Overnight or DHL next day service where available. Orders for Scotland will be on APC Overnight or DHL 2 day service.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch your order as quick as possible. In most circumstances orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will usually be dispatched the next working day. If your item is not in stock then we will contact you to discuss lead times and shipping options. 

Product Returns

All returns must be first cleared with us. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. If a product is faulty please contact the shop via email or by telephone and we will arrange collection from an address of your choice. No returns will be accepted unless accompanied by the relevant returns number which will be issued by us. When we have received the goods and we are satisfied that they meet our requirements for a refund or exchange, we will contact you to ask what you would like to do.

We will not offer refunds/exchanges for:
Incorrectly ordered goods
Goods damaged by the customer
Unwanted goods
Goods with no proof of purchase
Goods returned with no returns number
